Our company has been in the Russian construction market since 2013.

We conduct surveys of buildings and structures construction design to evaluate their functional reliability, bearing capacity, strength, and defects existence. A proper survey allows making a true assessment of the technical status and usability of separate structure elements, building, and the entire structure. According to the survey results, we make a technical report, which concludes the compliance of the facility technical status to regulations, or the need for preventive, repair or other technological measures for its safe operation in the future.

Integrated design, as well as analysis of requirements, is a part of the main demands in solving construction issues. We carry out projects development and management, act as a general designer, we make project execution plans for the construction of new facilities, rebuilding, and major repairs of existing facilities for industrial and civil use, create engineering and manufacturing documentation for industrial and civil construction.

We provide technical support for all types and stages of construction works.Technical support of construction works means the direct technical and regulatory support in the construction of buildings and structures. The technical support arranges the provision of the compliance of construction works to the requirements of the current regulatory, standard technical and process control documentation, total control over the availability and validity term of the initial permits for the construction and renovation of facilities; control over availability of the required licenses and permits-to-work which the contractors and subcontractors obtain; verification of the regulatory and legal acts requirements as well as design

documentation related to the work performed; quality control on the materials and structures in use; control over hidden works; check for the compliance of the amount and quality of the work made to the project requirements.

We find out and evaluate the correspondence of the technical data in foreign (national) and domestic regulatory and technical documents. Our other service is the study of the causes of materials destruction and the failure of components, products and structures, estimation of remaining useful life, investigation of the causes of corrosion, etc. The laboratory works are based on the latest scientific achievements in the field of materials science processes and technology, advanced materials, and nanomaterials.
